Thank you for the introduction to Mike Conroy of Securifix.

Due to an error code showing on our security alarm panel, I called our existing security alarm company, who advised me that our agreement had terminated and that for them to come out to review our alarm system will incur an initial charge of £250.00 for a call out, then a further £115 per each hour for any labour works they carry out, plus parts.

At the same time you were able to mention Mike to me and recommended Securifix. Mike came to visit me at the Plough and Horses and advised the alarm system was requesting a code to access. I phoned the existing company who said because the agreement was under the Shepard and Neame chain that I was not authorized to get the code from them. It was highly frustrating, but I didn’t need to worry as Mike contacted one of his Securifix engineers, who talked him through the alarm panel and re activating a new code I could now manage.

Mike then checked the alarm system, which highlighted two key sensors were not working, which left us vulnerable. It was not long before Mike had arranged to have the two sensors changed and the invoice received of £150 for labour plus a few pounds more for the sensors, was significantly less than what we would have otherwise had to pay.

Mike and Securifix were efficient, professional and cost effective and we are thankful to you for introducing us and making that connection.
